We present these pages to offer some
well-deserved recognition for the wonderful people who
have given their ideas, sweat, and time to the Marshalltown Community
Theatre. Without their efforts, our theatre would be little
more than a dark room. We celebrate your generous gift to our
community!
If
you
have participated in an MCT production in the past, in any capacity,
please take your bow with the folks on these pages. Contact the MCT
Technical Director to arrange to be included.

Janel LAGESCHULTE
Marshalltown, IA
Janel has
been volunteering at MCT since 1986, doing everything from onstage
(acting), backstage (props and makeup), front stage (lights), side stage
(stage managing), and all over the stage (directing). She has lost count
of the productions she has been involved with, but some of her favorites
are GASLIGHT, STEEL MAGNOLIAS, PLAYING DOCTOR, THREE TO GET READY, and
LEND ME A TENOR, having directed the latter three. Managing three medical
clinics by day, being the drama coach at Colo-Nesco High School, and
staying involved with MCT by night keeps her moving. Janel has been
playing opposite her favorite leading man (husband, Kevin) since 1989, and
remembers bringing both daughters, Kelli and Jill, to rehearsals in baby
carriers.
